Anywhere, any time - You can access your Exchange mailbox from Microsoft Outlook, as well as any applications which can use the Active Sync protocol. All of your messages, calendar appointments and contacts are stored in a central database, allowing access via your laptop at home, desktop PC in the office, and even most modern mobile phones without any inconsistencies. You can even access your mailbox from a public computer using the Outlook Web App (web-based application).

Capacity - Each Exchange mailbox can hold up to 2GB of emails on the central server, allowing you to store emails spanning long periods of time without the need to continually monitor your mailbox size.  Additonal storage space can be purchased if required per mailbox.

Data security - As all of your emails are stored on a centralised server, there is no need to worry about losing your emails after a hard disk failure on your computer.  Our Exchange servers are backed up nightly, so should your computer fail, your emails will still be just as you left them.  Once your computer is repaired and Outlook has been re-configured, all of your emails will be automatically downloaded and you can carry on working exactly as you did before your computer stopped working.

Out of Office – With the latest Microsoft Exchange technology, you are able to use the Out of Office assistant enabling your mailbox to automatically reply to emails you receive, notifying to the sender that you are out of the office, be it for the afternoon or a two-week summer holiday.

Accessing on the go - Many modern mobile phone devices, including Android, iOS and Windows Mobile based phones, all support the full synchronisation of your contacts, calendar appointments, and emails. This allows you to keep up with all of your customers and colleagues whilst out of the office, at home or even on the road. When you return to the office, all of your correspondents will be available to view again on your computer.

Spam Protection – We use state of the art spam filtering on all of our Exchange accounts which rejects spam emails from entering our systems and prevents them from arriving in your inbox.  This will save your employees valuable time and your company money whilst increasing staff productivity.
