In addition to the standard support that we offer, we can also install our Remote Monitoring Agent onto your workstations (for free) and this allows the Agent to report back to our centralised Control Panel every 60 minutes.

We constantly monitor our Control Panel and get alerted to issues that might need immediate attention, such as a service that has stopped, a hard disk that is running very low on disk space or anti-virus definitions that are not up-to-date.

For a small additional monthly fee per workstation, we can increase the monitoring from 60 minutes to 30 minutes, add Automated Tasks (such as forcing the Anti-Virus software to update its virus definitions) and add Daily and Weekly workstation reporting so that you know that your workstations are being well looked after by us, giving you peace-of-mind.
