In addition to the standard workstation monitoring that we offer for free, we are able to remotely manage updates from Windows and other software manufacturers so that your computers are kept up-to-date, minimising the chances that a nasty virus can get its teeth into your systems as viruses are often written to exploit vulnerabilities in the code that are fixed by the patches.  Without installing the patches, your systems are left more at risk from virus infections and the ensuing headaches that an infection can inflict on your systems.

From our Control Panel, we can remotely authorise patches to be installed onto your systems at a pre-determined day of the week and time of the day, so that you don’t have to worry about keeping your systems updated.

If a patch fails to install, we are immediately alerted and can encourage the patch onto your systems remotely, all as part of our ongoing support contract with you.

We are also able to manage the patches for servers and time the installation to take place at the least inconvenient time for your business.
