Sometimes there is nothing better than getting a call saying we have spotted a problem on your system and have either fixed it or need to make you  aware of it.

With our monitoring agent that we install for free on all supported workstations (servers incur an additional charge), we get notified of any issues or problems that are detected on the computer to our centralised control panel.

Once configured the agent will report on the following, amongst others: -

  • Disk space running low
  • Anti virus not updated
  • Windows services that have stopped
  • Backup ran correctly
  • Windows updates waiting to be installed
  • Hacker checks
  • Disk health (including impending failure – S.M.A.R.T.)

You will also get an email on the day of any alerts along with a weekly and monthly summary of  your system status.

A recent notification about an impending Hard Disk Drive failure at one of our customer’s sites allowed us to replace their Hard Disk before it failed and ALL data was safely copied across to the new disk, saving them countless time and money.
